Wayside
A move away from the norm in many ways, this little house was made for Naomi to play with without fear of delicate bits and pieces being accidentally knocked off.

The scale is three quarter, much used some time ago by the toy trade.
It makes for a smaller house than twelfth scale and there is a ready supply of commercial toy furniture and people to populate it.
I must confess that I didn’t make the doors and windows in this case. They are plastic commercial ones and I was pleased with the quality.
Despite the rough and tumble, this house has survived some years of hard play without damage.
The front swings open in two parts giving easy access to the kitchen/diner, lounge, bedroom and bathroom.
